Avsallar ist ein Gebiet für diejenigen, die Stille und Einsamkeit schätzen. Dies ist ein relativ neues Gebiet von Alanya und es unterscheidet sich völlig von den anderen – überall gibt es Nadelwälder, die mit hohen Kiefern überwuchert sind. Die stacheligen Kronen erreichen manchmal die Balkone der obersten Etagen neuer Komplexe, die hier sorgfältig in die Landschaft integriert gebaut wurden. Die Luft hier riecht selbst an den heißesten Tagen nach Frische und Kiefernnadeln!
Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum beträgt etwa 20 km, und auf dem Gebiet leben nicht mehr als 20.000 Menschen.
Durch das gesamte Gebiet des Alara-Bergflusses ist die gesamte städtische Infrastruktur auf der Hauptstraße konzentriert, mit einem Zentrum von Geschäften, Apotheken und so weiter.
Ein weiterer Vorteil von Avsallar ist der 3 Kilometer lange goldene Sandstrand mit einem sanften Einstieg. Es gibt praktisch keine Felsen und Steine an der Küste, sodass Avsallar ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist.

High-rise buildings are allowed in Avsallar, but there are practically no projects on the main line – it is occupied by hotels.
The cost of real estate in Avsallar is still moderate, although, the area has been gaining more and more popularity over the past year, the demand for apartments here is growing.

Migros, A101, BIM, Şok. – On Wednesdays, there is a farmers’ bazaar in the area, and there are many shops on the main street where you can buy anything you like. In Avsallar, there are shops of large retail chains in Turkey – Migros, A101, BIM, Şok.
Avsallar is home to the Antalya Medical Park, a public hospital for adults, a family doctor’s office, as well as, dental clinics, and pharmacies.
There are three public schools in the area.
Sehenswürdigkeiten
In the center of the district, next to the town square with fountains and clocks, there is a monument to the founders of the village. The attraction is small, but still quite nice. Also in Avsallar, there is an ancient mosque, the Alara fortress, and the majestic Caravanserai, a palace built in 1231.
