Passing of rights property to buyer.

The transfer of ownership from the seller to the buyer takes place in the Cadastral Administration in the presence of the buyer, seller and sworn translator.

Property registration on new owner.

The final touches of real estate registration are the registration of a technical certificate (iskan), compulsory DASK insurance, registration of water and electricity meters.

Draw your attention that Turkish law provides a title transaction procedure. It means that after the process of buying a property is completed, you will become its full owner for a lifetime. Its impossible to contest a transaction even in court in accordance with the letter of the law.
